In Philip's proposal appears

  "The title of a method shall consist of name, class(es) (except for
  principles), and stage"

This, together with your definitions of the various classes, would
imply that Double Norwich's title, for example, is

   Double Norwich Court Bob Plain Major

Perhaps you mean that, though I doubt it. It would certainly be a
change from current practice, and one I do not find euphonious.
